Try anywhere people wait in line for something, as a sporting event or a popular movie. If they are really huge, maybe you want to wrap them as instant Christmas gifts, keeping one unwrapped to be the sample, and sell them to people who look frantic while they do their last-minute shopping. A likely spot on the sidewalk outside the largest department store in town would work, if the cops don't hassle you.

Or you could donate them to the local food bank to be included in Christmas goodies for poor people, if you don't relish the idea of standing out in the cold to sell them. The food bank can probably give you a receipt for a donation to the retail value of the candy, and that can give you a deduction on your taxes.
