Box comes up on my computer that says error can not find macromedia flash? It keeps popping up?

Message box keeps popping up on computer that has error in the right hand corner. Message says "Can not find macromedia flash" It's got a close at the bottom, and x in the left hand corner. No options to keep it from coming back?

Update:

tried to download adobe didn't work. don't know what a registry is?

    Macromedia (Adobe) Flash is a "plug-in" program that enables your browser to automatically play certain media content. Click on this link and just download and install it. That will stop the error box.
