Can you adjust a Bundt cake recipe to suit a pan without a center pole? The recipe is for 375 for 35-40 min.?

The recipe was used with a "rose" bundt pan, the silicone pan looked just like it..but, later, I realized there was no "hole". I tried to make it, anyway, and the center was uncooked. I tried leaving it in longer, but, the "top", bottom, gets burnt. The recipe calls for cooking at 375 for 35 to 40 min. Can anyone help?

My mom used to put a heat-tempered glass in the middle, like a measuring cup.

You need a shallow pan like a 8x8. Your pan is probably too deep and small to bake properly at that tempreture. You could probably bake it at a lower tempreture for longer, but I don't know. I would use a regular cake pan and follow the baking directions you have
