What is the life expectancy for untreated/treated AIDS victims?

    Untreated have life expectancy of 5- 10 years.On treatment its more than 20 years

    Hello I'm a nurse. It depends on the persons body and how it's reacting to the disease itself, hard to say. The best thing is that you fight and eat right, vitamins, things like that. A good support group is also helpful. People have lived for many years with AIDS.

    Many factors influence the outcome for an AIDS patient. Diet, environment, access to medical care and medication all play a role.
