How long should?

How long should i take a nap for? Without feeling like yuck when i wake up from one?

    I have heard that people should take atleast a 15-20min power nap a day, like on your lunch break. It helps you feel better with out the yukinest of an hour and a half or longer nap. And you don't want to take a nap too late in the day, it could cause you not to be able to sleep at night.

    Whenever you feel tired just take a nap and whenever you feel like waking up, wake up.

  • 30 to 45 minutes ought to be good enough so that you feel rested and will still sleep that night
