    Of course. Xenophobia is defined as an intense fear or dislike of foreign people, their customs and culture, or foreign things, so i'd definitely say that was racial intolerance and prejudice based on race.

    It means the same thing to me,because both xenophobia and racism means having issues with foreign or people of another race.For the mere fact that you have issues that makes racist.

    Not really because the first one is unrational as every phobia does as for the rascism is totally rational, at least from the point of view from the one who suffers from such

    Racism implies that you openly disapprove of different races.

    Xenophobia is basically racism within a race.
