The 1964 kennedy half is 90% silver, so it is currently worth about $4-5 for melt value. The 1965-1970 halves were 40% silver, so they are worth $2-3 for melt value, though you will never find a 1970 in circulation since it was only made for mint sets and has always been valuable. All other circulation halves are basically worth face value.
