Do employers prefer undergrad with some intern. experience upon hiring? Will interning now, me get into MBA?

Employers and MBA programs both love college graduates with work experience - especially internships. Interning alone won't get you admitted into a program, however, along with undergraduate grades and test scores, will definately help. MBA programs talk about real life business scenarios - and if a student has experienced some issues first hand, the level of comprehension goes up immediately. Alot of MBA programs, for that reason, like to see applicants who have at least 2 years (and internship and a couple years) of hands-on business experience.Source(s): I'm a Finance Manager with former intern/current employee working for me who is considering his MBA...
