Employers and MBA programs both love college graduates with work experience - especially internships. Interning alone won't get you admitted into a program, however, along with undergraduate grades and test scores, will definately help. MBA programs talk about real life business scenarios - and if a student has experienced some issues first hand, the level of comprehension goes up immediately. Alot of MBA programs, for that reason, like to see applicants who have at least 2 years (and internship and a couple years) of hands-on business experience.
