It's not an American classic - it's written by a BRITISH writer (Charles Dickens - because you obviosuly don't know much). It's not even set in American - it's set in FRANCE and BRITAIN.
Here's a shock (and I know it can stun some Americans), America is not the only country in the world! Amazing, huh!?

It isn't. It is an English classic, written by Charles Dickens in 1859.

It's not. It's an English classic. There is a difference, believe it or not. England is a different country from America.

It isn't. Charles Dickens wrote it, and he was British.
