can i give a 9mth old baby weetabix and or other high fibre cereal ? any suggestions for breakfast ?

    i dont see a problem with weetabix as long as he is digesting it properly, if your not sure consult your doc, but my nephew was eating foods like that at 5 months, the doc said if he is ok, keep feeding him that!

    weetabix is fine as long as it isnt too stodgy - only offer half of one though

    porridge is also fine

    you can buy baby breakfasts in packets - they tend to last about a week or so but are very handy

    You should talk to your pediatrician if they are more than a single grain cereal.

    many parents before you will have done this to their kids

    my advice to you is to ask your mother because she may not know everything but she will know what is right

    otherwise ask you local clinic nurse
