who is GOD's lamb?

While I totally agree that JESUS was and still is God's lamb, the Bible also says we are His lambs.
Jesus sends us into the world as lambs among wolves. How many of us grew up with pictures of Jesus as the Good Shepherd? Jesus loves and cares for the little ones. Jesus carries us when we are hurt. Jesus protects us.
As adults we chafe a bit at the image of being a flock of sheep--especially in our current setting where we know next to nothing about sheep, goats, shepherds, sheepfolds. But even folks like us can understand that when Jesus says, "I am sending you out like lambs in the midst of wolves" it is not good news for the lambs. The lambs are the babies, the little ones, the vulnerable ones in the flock. And as smart and sophisticated as we may think ourselves, Jesus refers to his followers as lambs, little lambs sent among wolves.
I did a bit of Bible study on wolves. You see wolves are not just bad guys. Jesus is not saying: "It's a big scary world and there are thugs out there who might get'cha. I'm sending you as lambs in the midst of wolves." The Bible Jesus knew had a fairly narrow use of wolves as a metaphor. In the Bible wolves are corrupt judges, false prophets, warhorses, and dishonest priests. Jesus is really saying here that the 70 are sent into a hostile world where people in legitimate (or at least official) authority may harm them. Wolves are not random thugs, but those who have sanctioned power within a community, yet prey on the innocent, the ones sent by God.

Jesus is the Lamb of God. John the Baptist proclaimed that when Jesus came to the river Jordan when he said "Behold the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world.

God's Lamb was spotless. There was no sin in the perfect Lamb that God provided for sacrifice. The Bible states in no uncertain terms that the Lord Jesus Christ was sinless. "He committed no sin." (1 Peter 2:22). "He knew no sin." (2 Cor-inthians 5:21). "In Him is no sin." (1 John 3:5). Twice during the earthly life of our Lord Jesus, the Father's voice was heard from the heavens as He observed His spotless Lamb: "This is My beloved Son in Whom I am well pleased." (Matthew 3:17 and 17:5). Notice that this divine declaration was made not only in the last year of our Lord's public ministry (Matthew 17:5), but it was also said at His baptism even before He began His public min-istry. Before any of the miracles or great discourses, God declared that His Lamb was spotless.

All the Founders of the monotheistic religions are the Lambs of the One True God.
They come to suffer misunderstanding, persecution, killing...although They do nothing wrong. They theorically and practically teach the divine lesson of selfless love, which is too sublime for the immature human beings of their times to learn and practice. When people grow spiritually to appreciate their divine mission, it is always regretfully too late!Source(s): My elementary learning from the Baha’i Faith at http://www.bbc.co.uk/religion/religions/

It is Jesus. The teaching that Jesus IS God himself in some sort of 'other' role is false.
Proverbs 8; 22-31.
Almighty God has always existed.
Proverbs states that Jesus is Almighty God's very first creation, and that Jesus was heppy to be 'alongside' his Father in heaven.Source(s): NWT
