Does it cost the same to use 4 radiators as it does to use 1 ??

    No, it would cost more.

    It takes more power to pump water to 4 radiators, and they will take more energy to heat.

    The more space you heat, the more it costs. If you can close off those areas and shut off the radiators in them, it would save money.

    Quicker to heat room, less boiler time and proably more consistant heat in room. Steam and hot water is pumped through and on returnto heater less it has to reheat again.

    no it doesn't.with 4 you have more space to fill ,if you're using steam.if electric it takes 3x's the load.

    think of it this way;1 gallon will fill one,one gallon tank full but,will only fill 4 gallon tanks to the quarter mark.
