If you have a Nintendo DS can you connect wirelessly to another DS and play games together this way?

Update:

after reading the first answer I will be more specific. If you only have one game in one ds, can another person with a ds connect to your ds and play the same game with you off the one game cartridge?

There are a lot of games that support the function which allows people to "download" a PART of a game to another DS. This is mainly for games that support multiplayer and usually you will only get a few levels and maybe 1 or 2 play styles, while it won't blow your mind it just gives the person the feel of the game.

    Hi!

Yes, this could work, but only if the game supports "single card download game". For example, from what I know, "Pirates of Carrabian" DS game, "Narnia", "Mario Cart" games allows the player to down load a game from a single card.

Although, the game could not be played after you turn off your DS.

Do check with the game store staff when buying the game. There are lots of games which could not be downloaded.

Most Nintendo software could be downloaded by Single Card.

Hope this works, and have a great X mas!

Yes, if you both have the same game (there are exceptions where you only need 1 game for multi-player play), and the game has wi-fi play.
