Has anyone used an IVA to resolve financial issues?

Update:

I didn't know that either, but a friend gave me the email address. It is an alternative way to take care of credit excess!

Update 2:

An IVA is available to all individuals, Sole Traders and Partners who are experiencing creditor pressure and it is used particularly by those who own their own property and wish to avoid the possibility of losing it in the event they were made bankrupt.

Update 3:

It is called Individual Voluntary Arrangement, and the web site indicates it is from the United Kingdom IVA.co.uk

So although it says it is open to anyone, it must be for citizens of the United Kingdom.
