Get your normal jeans tailored to fit you tightly

just buy jeans that are a size smaller than you really are and if that doesnt work out that well, then you should try to gain a couple of pounds of muscle in your legs so you can wear your normal jeans.

Carefully tear open the seams that run long the inside of the legs open. Cut off about a strip of material about an inch wide off. Sew it back together.

do you making them out of other jeans that are somewhat baggy?? well that's what I'm going to answer

    to make "emo jeans"

put on the jeans, fold over the seam in ur pants to however tight you want it to be, pin it. do this on both seams, then sew where the pins are. if you want to be super ghetto staple it instead of sewing, that would be cool.........

I don't quite understand what you're asking, but if you throw stretched out jeans in the dryer, it will tighten them up for a while.
