RUNNING! please help....!?

Ive started running monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and sunday. Is this a good amount of running? I do about 30 minutes every time. Will this help me lose weight? Any other advice is welcome :)

    If you eat a healthy diet with it you should lose weight. I use a running site called runners world. it has tips trick and running programs from the fitness runner and training programs if you ever decide to do a race.lots of stuff on nutrition. it good for all abilities from the beginner to the elite runner
