    You don't have to put any puncutation in your poem, if that is the style you like to write in. Your poem is your creation.

    If you are speaking of formal or Traditional poems, yes, they normally have punctuation.

    it depends. if the poem is more traditional, like a sonnet, then punctuation like comas and periods are used. however, if your form of poetry is more modern, then the usage is up to you, the writer.
