Sounds like you're using Microsoft Windows, and you are getting this message in a pop-up window when using a particular application. It is probable that this application has a bug and requires a software patch to resolve the issue.

I get a similar message sometimes at power down. The system continues to shut off properly so I ignore it. If you are getting the message during operations, then have a tech check it out. It means that an operation at the first memory address tried to access the second address and there was nothing there for it to read.
