With any relationships that end where there has once been love I think we all as adults or teens have has relationships that might have gone bad or just ended up not being as compatible as we thought in the beginning. Its sometimes nice to reminisce about the good times you had together in the past..but generally there can be some drama in the past too that makes us not want to remember them. I think for most men who have matured through experiences in relationships they learn to move on and accept the mistakes of the past. For me I don't have any regrets about past breakups because I know I said everything I felt needed to be said as far as feelings, problems or differences that came up during the relationship and during the breakup period. In my case they will always have a special place in my heart as being a person I once loved but my future wife to be is the only one who holds the key to my heart and steals all my attentions.

Yup! You bet!

You have described many of my former relationships perfectly! Yes, I made a few (okay, maybe more than a few) errors in judgement! I often think where (we) would be today if I had chosen differently. If we had stayed together.

Unfortunately, I cannot change decisions of my past. We all have to live in the present!

They were woman I truely loved (and still do today). I think of them often.

Regrets, I have a few! Okay, yeah, I may have many!

I wish I had been kinder in the method by which we split up!

all men and women miss what they had if it was good. you know the saying that you never miss the water untill it runs dry. we all have someone (those of us who are old enough to know the difference between good and bad relationships) who we regret leaving at some point and time in our life. the good thing is that we will eventually find someone to take those old feelings away and replace them with new ones.

Yep, I think they do because whenever they are down, they tend to call you because they know that talking to you somehow makes them feel better.
