Carrots are good in moderation.
They contain beta carotene, this is stored in the liver.
Use catiousness, not in exageration. Once a week I suppose
it is ok.
They are good and they do contain Vit. A.
Eat a well balanced diet.

People say that carrots help your eyesight, however, I ate carrots in abundance on a daily basis when I was much younger, and I still ended up wearing glasses.
