loose fat in thighs and calves?
i am 12,weigh 120 , and am 5'3 1/2 from the top i am pretty thin but my thighs and especially calves are big how can i loose fat in them and not gain muscle so they can be thin like the rest of me?

Unfortunately, fat cannot be lost in just certain areas, also formerly known as spot reduction. In other words, you must lose fat all over, through proper diet and exercise! My advice is cardio once or twice a week.Source(s): I'm a fitness enthusiast and served in the Marines.

Many exercises target these areas...I like Tae-Bo, you feel weird doing it but it's great. In fact his first video/dvd had a great butt and thigh routine. Good luck!
