orange blast at Lowe's,or i also paint them or replace them if they are too bad.when you pull them off,be sure to pull down as not to damage the walls.you reinstall new rubber cove base with cove base adhesive and the inside corners you cut 1/4 inch at the bottom and the out side corner you wrap after you have cut a v in the back making you do not cut through.also they sell the neatest tip you can put in a caulk gun that is three in wide with little holes that the cove base adhesive comes out of.

Mr. Clean sponges work pretty well too. It's easy since all you have to do is wet the sponge down and wipe =)
