Sore head and diff vision..?

Question

I have a pain in the right side of my head and my sight is a bit blurry...any thoughts on what it could be? only been like this since this morn and i have taken pain killers but they aint working

It could be a migraine. It could be an ear or sinus infection.

If it's not better by morning, or if you have nausea or vomiting at any time, get thee to the Emergency Room.

If this is still going on, have someone take you to the Emergency Room *right now*. It is possible that you have had a stroke. Don't wait for any more time to pass. Go *right now*.
