Anybody ever turn down a job after filling in the hiring forms?

Did the hiring manager get mad or leave a negative/unhappy vibe on the phone/in person? Or were they understanding and welcomed you to re-apply in the future?

i did that because i got a much better job and yes they were pissed but on the other hand what if they decided not to hire me would they apologize to me or offer me another job? Hell no so why worry about them?
