What country are you in? Here in NZ we have plenty of skylines, considerably less Zeds. Although worldwide the Zed is acknowledged as the premium Nissan sportscar, if the Skyline is a GTS-t or similar turbo beast, then perhaps a trade would be OK. But not an '88 GTS. Not me, anyway. The Skyline is purely for afficianados, whereas the Zed32 is appreciated by everyone. Check this link to an NZ auction.

Depends on the condition and mods.

BTW, is the Skyline a GTS-T, GTS or GTS-4 ?

It depends on a lot of different things on both vehicles: mileage; interior condition (upholstery, carpet, odors, radio, etc); any unfixed problems and any parts that need to be replaced or repaired; modifications; exterior condition (paint job, body, rust, etc); the condition of the transmission, engine, brakes, tires, etc; history (i.e. accidents); and other miscellaneous areas that need inspection.

Without more information on both cars, it's hard to say.
