do luna bars contain estrogen?
i went on a hiking trip and i was freakin hungry and all they had were luna bars, and i think i ate two.
i didnt see anything about estrogen on the bar, and my friends and i have been debating about whether or not there really is estrogen in luna bars.

No, that's silly. Estrogen is a female sexual hormone that is produced by the body. It isn't a supplemental ingredient in Luna Bars, or any other food. I don't think that Luna bars have estrogen. They may have the estrogen related compounds found in soy and other plants. If they had real estrogen they would by prescription only.

No, that would not be legal, because hormones can be dangerous if not controlled. Nutrition for women has nothing to do with hormones. It has to do with the vitamins and minerals that women need to function, such as needing more calcium than men do, etc.
