the song is called "stay in touch" and it is in the self titled album called "Tyrese".

    I Love you mama

but i want you to call me

    please stay in touch

    while i.m alone

    I'm wondering where you are

    and will we meet again

    the time goes by

I still haven't heard from you

and I cant stand being alone

can you understand how I feel

and all I ask of you

    is can you

    Please stay in touch

so I can feel you still love me

don't you know that I'm the one

    who cares

    stay in touch

so I can feel you still love me

don't you know that I'm the one

    who cares

    Thinking of the past

of how we used to laugh joke

arguing who loves who the most

    memories in mind

of how you used to tell me you love me

    and how much you cared

can you understand how i feel

and all i ask of you is

    can you

    Please stay in touch

so I can feel you still love me

don't you know that I'm the one

    who cares oh mama

do you know that I'm the one

    who cares mama

oh ooh oh ooh oh oh ooh oh ooh ooho oh ooh ohoo

Don't you know I love you mama

    yeah ill go on forever

    knowing i love my mama

    call me oh oh..

oh ooh oh oh ooh oh ooh ooho ooho oh ooh ohoo

" Stay In Touch " I think the album is from "98" I`m not sure if this is the song you are looking for.

Although "Stay in touch" is a song to his mother, I believe (when he has on 106 & Park) he was referring to a track off of one of his mix tapes "Ghetto Royalty".
