who can I conact about the different volume levels of sound between the regular programing and the commecials?

I watch my television at volume which is comfortable for me but when the commercials come on I am blasted out of my seat.

Some sets have technology called smart sound that compensates for that, though I haven't found one that does it well.

The mute button is really your only option.

No one, it happens to all of us! Car commercials are the worst. It's the way they record the original sound on the commercial...purposely!
