how long it would need to be for schooling/training to be an obstetrician?

    4 years for bachelors and 3 years for med school... then after that 4 years of paid internship.

    undergraduate, usually 4 years 5 for some people. medical school 4 years+residency

    You should look it up on yahoo itself to find....normally a good 8 plus of schooling and training.

    From the day you enter college (at 19 yrs) to the day you will be able to say "Thank God I can call myself a doctor now," figure out about ten years!

    i think 4 yrs college, 4 yrs medical school and 4 for residency.
