beans+rice= 150% nutritional value? or Beans=50% - rice=50% nutritional value?

Beans and rice eaten together on the same meal unleashed a chemical reaction that get you a much better nutricional value than just eating beans alone or eating rice alone (separate meals or sparate days) Is it true?

    No, each has a nutritional value unaffected by the other....they are what they are...;

    Yes. Eaten together they form complete proteins. Individually they are deficient in the 11 required animo acids.
