Considering that Fort Duquesne was on or near the site of present-day Pittsburgh PA, it didn't even exist until the 1700's. In fact, Pennsylvania itself didn't even come into being until the 1600's, and the first non-native people weren't in the area before the 1730's or 1740's.

The French constructed it in 1752 and it was destroyed in 1758; it was then rebuilt and renamed Fort Pitt.

i believe fort duquesne, prior to the 1700's was to be found in the fourth dimension, awaiting it's opportunity to descend ( in every possible way) into our beleaguered/terminally challenged dimension. ;-)
