I made a lemon pie and my filling isn't setting up.How can I save it??

    Next time, cook it longer. Make sure that it really is thickening before you use it.

    This time, you have lemon soup.

    Corn starch will thicken it up, or like Tiff said unflavored gelatin.

    If its already in the crust, its no good. Try leaving it in the freezer overnight and see if it can be salvaged as a cold-serve pie.

    I guess you could add some unflavored jell-o to it. Just follow the packet instructions and stir into the filling. If you're already got the filling into the pie crust though...I don't know what to tell you.

    this well only work if it is in the crust all ready

    you put it in the fridge for about 2 hours

    see if it is set if not it is gone to waist

    it works for me
