I'd say the ball would sell for $150-300 depending on the condition of the ball and the quality of the signature. The card depends on year, brand, and grade. A mid-70's card can be had for less than $10.00. On the flip side a 1954 Topps rookie card, graded Gem Mint 10 by PSA, sold for $100,000 about six year ago. If it is a 50's era card you probably need to consult an expert.
