open window or closed?

I have bad allergies and live in a house with no bathroom vents. When taking a shower, should I open a window to prevent high humidity buildup (which encourages mold growth)? Or would opening a window just allow a bunch of outdoor pollen, dust, whatever, in the house?

I had the same problem. I left the door open - not the window. If that is not possible. Take your shower and when you are done - open the window and the door for fast clear out of steam and humidity. The room should dry pretty quick. Then you can close the window after 30 minutes or so.

Have it open, if you stay long hours in the bath room with hotwater you might just faint out.
