Why did the Iraqi President say this about the ISG?

"Iraqi President Jalal Talabani denounced the report on Sunday, saying it offered dangerous recommendations that would undermine his country's sovereignty and were "an insult to the people of Iraq."

    He is an Iraqi, there all the time, they are Americans who never left the Green zone. I will take his assesment over theirs!!

    Because he has one thing in mind, the interest of his country and its people. He doesn't care about American partisan politics, and so he can judge the ISG without having to look through party colored glasses. In his judgement, as an Iraqi, the report is wrong. I respect his analysis
