Q for christians. Jesus never said in THE BIBLE that he is god or he is your creator?

Look at what jesus said in your own bible :

" If you love me, Keep my commandments. And I will pray to the Father and He shall give you another comforter that he may abide with you forever.

(Bible, John 14-15/16) "

so jesus has nothing to do for us , he can only pray to god (father) for us .

by the way if yu call someone " son " that doesn`t mean that he is your original Son . we are all childs of GOD .

I think you're right. I don't believe Jesus ever claimed divinity for himself in his lifetime. That came later, from his followers, in Acts. He acknowledeged being the son of God, but I think that was in the same sense that all of us are children of God. The Gospels seem to be more focused on Jesus teaching us how to get closer to what the Father expects from us than anything else.

(You're a brave soul by the way...lol.. I'm sure you will be opening the floodgates of scorn from all sides with your question. But it is a very good one, nevertheless.). Pax vobiscum.

God created the universe and earth

Jesus Christ created the universe and the earth.

[U]nto the Son he saith...Thou, LORD, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands. Hebrews 1:10

    God is the Word.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God John 1:1

    Jesus is the Word.

...the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us...John 1:14

    God has a Son.

    St mark 14: 61-62

But he held his peace, and answered nothing. Again the high preist asked him, and said unto him, Art thou the Christ, The Son of the blessed?

And Jesus said, "I am.: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven."

    St John 4:25-26

The woman said unto him, I know that messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.

Jesus saith unto he," I that speak unto thee am HE."

    st John 6: 46

Not that any man hath seen the father, save he which is of God(Jesus), he hath seen the Father

Source(s): If you give me a minute or two I can find the verse where he says he and the father are one.

Sure he is God and The Son of God all in one. God is three persons, but one God. God The Father, God The Son, and God the Holy Spirit. If you do research on the Hebrew version of the Bible there differences in the way God's name was written, such as his name in all caps (LORD) and in lower caps (Lord). He has distinct names that sometimes referred to The Holy Spirit and so on.

Jesus says that "i'm the way, the fact, and the existence. no human being is composed of the daddy yet with the help of me." in accordance to what the Bible says, there's no more advantageous than one thanks to the properly of the mountain. demise is a door, and through that door you bypass to face previously the throne of God for judgement, the position you should make an account for your existence. After that you bypass to at least one in each and every of two places. each and anybody has the loose-will to make that decision for themselves...the question is...the position do you stand? What component to the fence are you on? ignore about the athiests and agnostics...all they do is whine and moan and make excuses. there's no tangible data to be got here upon that disproves the life of God. That being suggested..."if" and that is a huge "IF," in truth the Athiests are accurate, then why ought to they be making such feeble tries to disprove God's life? Beats me...The evidence that God exists is all round you. Athiests only were too ignorant to ensure the data for what that is.

Hi myxz_heart_broken. Yes Christ is the Son of God and Scripture tells us this many times. Many people take one sentence in the Bible and say "See, Jesus and God are not one" But when we look at the entire Bible we can see very clearly, that God and Jesus are one. When we look at verses like John 10:30: "I and my Father are one."

Isaiah 43:11"I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour." There is only one Savior and that One is God Almighty.

John 14:9 (Jesus tells Philip) "...he that hath seen me hath seen the Father;"

John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God" John 1:14 "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."

Philippians 2:5-11 where we read that Christ empited Himself of His Glory (made himself of no reputation) so he could be our Saviour.

"Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. 8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. 9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

In Isaiah 9:6 God fortells of the birth of Jesus:

"For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."

Who is the Son to be given? Who is the Mighty God? Who is the Wonderful Counselor, the Prince of Peace? It can only be our Lord Jesus Christ.

    John 10:30

"I and the Father are One."

Jesus told us he is the son of God. There seems to be mixed messages taught that suggest that Jesus was also God. The trinity is the most common thing taught related to Jesus (Father, Son, Holy Ghost).

There are three bodies (Trinity) the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Think of them as an egg. There is the SHELL, the YOKE, and the WHITE. 3 parts, one egg. God (Jesus) wanted to suffer like we do on Earth, so he recreated himself on Earth as a human baby.

If we quote one text from your Quran and try to teach you from it, you will be telling us that we know nothing of the Quran.

Likewise, my friend. Your statement only shows that you haven't actually read the Bible, because over and over in the Bible Jesus repeated that He and His Father is one. John 1:1-3 says:

1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was with God in the beginning.

3Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.

Even the Quran called Jesus the son of Mary, Isa Almaseh ibn Maryam, as "Kalimatullah", the Word of God.

(Al 'Quran Suat-al-Nisaa 4:171 Yaaa-ahlal-kitaabi laa tagluu fii diinikum wa laa taquuluu alallah illal-haqq. Innamal-Masiihu Iisabnu- Maryama Rasuuu\lullaahi wa Kalimatuh, alqaa-haa ilaa Mayama wa ruulum-minh)

Menaing: O people of the Book! Commit no excesses in your religion: nor say of Allah ought but truth. Christ Jesus the son of Mary was an Apostle of Allah and His Word, which He bestowed on Mary and a Spirit proclaiming from Him (alimantan Minhu).

Yes, Jesus Christ is the Word of God as well as the Spirit of God, which entered the womb of Mary, in order to born as a human being, so that He can give us a perfect example, living like a human being but sinless, and became our Redeemer and Saviour, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.

From the beginning of His ministry, people called Him "My Lord and My God!" and worshipped Him, and even the evil spirit called him, Son of God, and the Judge who was coming to punish them.

On the other hand, Muhammad when he was worshipped by His folower said:

"Dot not honour me equally with the Son of Mary, I am only a servant of God." Hadith Shahih Bukhari 503

And in Quran Surat Ali Imran 3:45 he said: Isa Almaseh the Son of Mary is the greatest both here and in the world to come (akhirah)."

And here is a testimony of the most respected great teacher of China, Laozi:

Something mysteriously already made, Existing (living) before heaven and earth in the silence and the void, Standing alone and unchanging, Ever present in constant (cyclic) motion. Perhaps He is the source of myriads of things, I do not know His name. Call Him Dao, For lack of a better word,

    I call Him "the Almighty."

-- Gia FuFeng and Jane English, Translation of Lao Zi, Tao Te Ching (Toronto: Vintage Books, RandomHouse,Inc. 1989),Ch.25,p.255.

The Dao exists as one. One exists as two.

Two exists as three. And three create everything.

    Ibid., Ch. 42., p. 44.

Dao in Chinese, means, the Way, The Path, The Teaching or Word, or Doctrine.

There are many more statements like those, but I think that is enough, to prove that The Word, or Dao, or Kalimatullah, means the same thing and they all testify that Jesus who said: I am the Way, the Truth and The Life, and The Word, of John 1:1-3.

That Jesus, who was born by Mary when He fulilled the promise in all the books of the prophets that He will be born of a virgin, but that He is none other than the Almighty God,

Read Isaiah 7:14: Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel. (Immanuel means God dwell with human beings. So Jesus is not only a Great Prophet, but He is Immanuel, God who came down to earth to dwell with human beings, and took the form of man.)

and Isaiah 9:6 says: For unto us a Child is born,

    Unto us a Son is given;

And the government will be upon His shoulder.

And His name will be called

    Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,

    Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

I think those are enough evidences, but for unbelievers, a mountain-ful of evidences will not change their mind.
