If i do weights one day and jump rope the next day am i giving my muscles enough time to recover ?

Well when you lift weight your break the muscle fibres and they reheald stronger. When you are jump roping you are working out your cardiovascular system....not breaking the fibres in your muscles...(well not enough to gain muscle mass anyways ) so you are still resting your voluntary muscles but working your involuntary muscles like your heart...I do that I train with weights one day and the next I run and then start all over again and it is working out very well...
