cellophane tape on the cooking bowl of my rice cooker :(?

i have a black&decker rice cooker. one day, by accident, some cellophane tape got stuck to the bottom of the cooking bowl. i didn't notice that, and i put it in to cook. later, the bowl wouldn't come out without a big fight. :(

i get into this fight everytime that i need to get the bowl out. it also leaves a black mark on the base :(.. how do i take off whatever cellophane tape is still sticking on to it?

Try cooking oil (on a cold cooker). It should work
