Environment, Health or Safety...?
which do you think is the most important?

If we destroy our environment, there is no future, and health becomes a moot point. Stablizing the environment is actually the biggest key to political stability. Every society that has collapsed has done so for reasons related to decline of resources. Resources become scarce or damaged, health declines as resources fail, and in-fighting begins for the limited resources.
I think a sense of securityn is important, but I think it is overrated in America. We live in the safest, most advanced, most enlightened age that has ever existed, and we become complacent and lead sheltered, paralyzed lives in our fear of losing our "security". We are living creatures; we cannot guarantee our life tomorrow. What we have the ability to do is secure a chance for our children's future by examining our resource use, but we fear doing so will mean giving up some security provided my our material possessions! What a crock...
As for health, if we don't start paying attention to our deficit of science education, I fear for the future of medicine in the US. And yes, basic health care should be a right, not a privelage, of each citizen, as should clean potable water and aire fit to breathe.

I think those are the three most important and unfortunaly the world is stuggling with all three, global warming, increasing health care costs and terrorist. If we don't take care of our home it's not going to take care of us for much longer, If you don't have health insurance you can't afford to go to the doctor, when you have health insurance you still have to pay every month and insurance companies are covering less and less so you still have to shell out a bunch of money, more and more brave US soldiers and innocent people are being killed everyday, were causing more chaos. It seems that all bush is concered with is the terrorist, with his back turned to everything else the world is in trouble then what will be the need to fight terrorism??

Health, bar none.
