Does anyone know a simple recipe for chocolate cheesecake?

I'm not the best in the kitchen and I would like to make chocolate cheesecake for a family dinner tomorrow evening.

    Chocolate Cheesecake

    Serving: 20

    Cook Time: 1 hour

Total Time: 1 hour plus 6 hours cooling

1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

5 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted

Four 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

One 16-ounce container ready-to-spread chocolate frosting

1 tablespoon instant-coffee powder or granules

    4 large eggs

    One 8-ounce container sour cream

    2 tablespoons sugar

Chocolate syrup and strawberries for garnish

    1. In 9" by 3" springform pan, with hand, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted margarine or butter; press onto bottom of pan.

    2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, chocolate frosting, and instant-coffee powder or granules until smooth, scraping bowl often with rubber spatula. Add eggs; beat just until blended.

    3. Pour cream-cheese mixture over crust in pan. Bake cheesecake 1 hour. (Center of cheesecake may appear loose.) Cool cheesecake in pan on wire rack. Refrigerate cheesecake at least 6 hours.

    4. To serve, carefully remove side of springform pan. Place cheesecake on cake plate. In small bowl, combine sour cream and sugar. With small metal spatula, spread sour-cream mixture over top of cheesecake. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and garnish with strawberries.

    Baileys and white chocolate Cheesecake

    For the base:

300g Bisuicts (Digestives or HobNobs are good)

    100g Unsalted Butter, melted

Zest of 1 orange, finely grated

    For the filling:

    500g Mascarpone Cream Cheese

    125ml Double Cream

    125g Icing Sugar

    200g Good quality white chocolate

    50g Good quality dark chocolate

    2 shots of Baileys

Crumble the biscuits to a fine powder, mix through the butter and orange zest, then press into the base of a metal ring, and refridgerate to set.

For the filling, melt the white chocolate, and pour onto the mascarpone. Beat the double cream to soft peaks with the icing sugar, then fold this through the mascarpone / chocolate mixture. Add the baileys. Melt the dark chocolate, and swirl this through the white choc mixture to give a marbled effect. Pour the filling onto the base, and leave to set. Dust lightly with cocoa powder to serve

    Try this:

    1 prepared graham cracker crust

2 8 oz blocks of cream cheese, softened a bit at room temperature.

1 13 oz jar of Nutella (choc hazelnut spread)

*Optional: 1 cup chopped nuts. (kind of takes away from the luxurious texture if you ask me.)

    Instructions:

Remove a couple tablespoons of Nutella and place in a glass measuring cup. You will melt this in the microwave.

Whip cream cheese, remaining Nutella, and nuts together with a hand mixer until it is smooth and creamy.

Pour into crust and spread evenly.

Drizzle melted Nutella over the top. Sprinkle a few finely chopped nuts on(optional)

    Chill and serve.

    Chocolate cheesecake flan

    1-1/2 cups sugar, divided

    6 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, divided

1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

    4 eggs

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Place 1 cup of the sugar in small heavy saucepan; cook on medium heat until sugar is deep golden brown, stirring constantly. Pour into 9-inch round cake pan.

PLACE 4 of the chocolate squares in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after each min; cool. Place milk and cream cheese in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth. Add remaining 1/2 cup sugar, eggs and melted chocolate; cover. Blend well. Pour over syrup in pan. Place pan in larger baking pan. Add enough water to larger baking pan to come halfway up side of round pan.

BAKE 1 hour or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean. Remove from oven. Place round pan on wire rack; cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight before unmolding.

MELT remaining 2 chocolate squares in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is melted, stirring after 30 sec. Use teaspoon to drizzle chocolate in 5 or 6 random crisscross designs onto a sheet of wax paper; let stand until firm. Carefully remove chocolate designs from wax paper and place on top of flan to decorate.
