No, at least not legally. However, Microsoft is offering a free 60 day trial of their new Microsoft Office 2007, which includes PowerPoint (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/HA10174...

There are free alternatives to PowerPoint, such as: OpenOffice or, if you like online applications, ThinkFree. OpenOffice is an open source office suite, which has applications comparable to Microsoft Office.

There are a number of online web applications. ThinkFree is a Microsoft Office clone, which includes a PowerPoint clone (www.thinkfree.com). It provides 1GB free online storage. All Microsoft Office filetypes (e.g. .doc or .ppt) are supported by ThinkFree and vice-a-versa

The other web application is Thumbstacks (http://www.thumbstacks.com/), which is another PowerPoint clone. Thumbstacks can import, edit and export .ppt files.
