You need to begin exercising and follow a sensible diet. The fat will come off uniformly throughout your body. There is no such thing as spot reducing. You cant pick and choose where the fat will come off. If you do exercises for those particular parts of your body, they may look firmer but the fat will stay the same.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work.
