there are hundreds of different circuits of an amplifier. they are called classes class a class b class d class h all are different ways to produce amplification and within these classes there are many different ways to produce amplification. could be with tubes( soft sound ) or chips or transistors and within all these types there are many variations, metal oxide transisters silicon transisters as infinitem so you cannot say what is the circut diagram of a 500 watt amplifier. You must decide what kind of sound you want and then look up the type of circut. example a class a amplifier would produce enough heat to warm a medium size room the sound is considered very good but it would weigh several hundred pounds. such as a Krell class a amplifier and could cost 50,000 dollars.
