What rights should illegals have? If we find one dead, do we bury, investigate or deport the corpse?

If we arrest an illegal immigrant for a crime, what happens if it is against a citizen? What should happen if a citizen does something to an illegal immigrant? Should taxpayers dollars be used to deport them, or feed them, or give them an education? What about the medical issues?

To me it is a matter of accepting responsibility for ones' own actions. If someone breaks the law as an event, that is one thing. But these people are knowingly breaking the law all day and all night. They should accept that bad things will happen to them. For example, I understand in a book about Coyotes, most women expect to be raped by someone along the way. They know this and prepare for it. This means to me they accept responsibility for breaking the law. If it happens in the US, they do not report it. But if the same thing happened, and it was an American who raped her, she would report it to both governments.

Is this right for Mexico and Mexicans to take advantage of America?

No need to read beyond the first line of your query. The dead do not have rights. The right to dispose of the remains of a person devolves upon the next of kin, or the executor of the estate. Such a person could easily be an American citizen, given that the 14th Amendment grants citizenship to all persons born in the 50 states + DC, and statute grants citizenship to all born in the territories (except American Samoa and Swains Island, where they are noncitizen nationals).

It would be the same for a tourist.

Just because the person effected is an illegal or an outsider, doesn't mean that a citizen wasn't the one that killed the person. They are still covered by human rights. It doesn't matter where they are from - a murder is a murder. A death is a death. In the USA, it must be researched. For all we know that person was in the middle of immigrating and on a legal visa.

You guys should honestly stop calling it the land of the free - it's obvious that it isn't the same country it was xx years ago.

America tends to take advantage of others, so that last statement is bunk, really. You guys raped the Canadian lumber industry, for example.

As far as finding one dead, we the tax payers pay if we bury, investigate, or deport. Illegals do report crimes that happen to them, they don't care that they are illegal, after all they are getting

away with it, and they walk openly everyday, everyone knows that the majority of them are illegal. Where they rent, where they work, where they get medical treatment and even our law enforcement know that they are illegal, in lots of cases they have been hold to, not mess with them. For the simple fact that only a small magority of them are being deported. And if the law enforced this they would have a jail full of Mexicans with no way to deport. I just don't understand why in the world they don't get every bus in America and start loading them up, Starting a Greyhound and all bus stations. Grey hound could fill their buses without moving out of the terminals. Then in every major city sart going from door to door and jail to jail putting them on buses and sending them to Mexico, DEMANDING that they be incarcerated there, charged, prosecuted, and imprisoned.

Surely you don't suggest that a USA citizen male who rapes an illegal woman should get a lesser punishment because she was "asking for it".

People who break the law should be punished to the full extent of the law regardless of their citizenship. Likewise, people who do crimes against others should be punished regardless of their own citizenship and without regard to the citizenship of the person they harmed. It does not make it less of a crime if you harm an illegal.

kind of hard to follow your meaning, of course if you find a dead corpse you report it, no matter what the race. America handles these things with different departments, you know checks and balances, if a person is here illegally there is a department for that, if you think the punishment is not severe enough or it is not handled correctly you can write your state legislature, sometimes things are beyond your control.........

Zero, they are not citizens. They have their own set of rights back in their own country.
