They would only kill other predetors if they threatened the livelyhood of their pack and their pups.

Wolves live in packs of between 2 to 12 members. They hunt large game together. They do this to survive. They may hunt, moose, mountain goats, elk and deer.

Sometimes they hunt small game, but why would they do so if they are part of a large family unit which works together to feed themselves. They only hunt when their food caches are empty and a deer could last them about a few weeks before they need to hunt again.

Ever? maybe. They don't typically enounter many other predators where they live. Maybe a bear or a cougar.

good question maybe it they're lives were at risk they would fight a bear or cougar.... i don't think they would willingly challenge them, they are both very formidable opponents.
