How can I write(burn) a cd with pictures (same quality) can run in vcd players?

This Cd need to skip and see avery pics one by one

    Corel Photo Album 6 can also make a VCD slideshow disc.

    in nero you can make a photo disc (a vcd that will run in a vcd player)
