Sriptaphobia is a type of social anxiety disorder. There are many people who have them, so don't feel like you have been picked out.

I would just do what I am afraid of a lot so that my mind will actually think its ok. You must face your fears head on to know that they are just that a fear of. Everyone is different. Don't jump in full force, start slow and before you know it things will get better for you.

    Good luck.

Excessive hair loss can be attributed to any number of things. From stress, illness, diet, hereditory factors, medications etc. - to something as common (usually always) as the chemicals in shampoos, conditioners etc. If your new 'hair mask' is one that you make in your own kitchen, by all means, give it a try, but don't expect immediate 'miracle cures'. If store bought, it undoubtedly still contains an enormous cocktail of chemicals - so don't use it! I am pushing 60. My hair is down to the top of my thighs ( am 5'10" tall). Long, obviously, healthy, glossy and naturally blonde. I take a pair of scissors to it each 6 months approx and cut off around 6-8" - so I can sit down without getting my legs tangled in it! Sometimes I don't cut any - except for a couple of inches off the bottom to trim - and only cut it each 18 months or so - I donate it to Cancer and Alopecia charities. To make wigs. Some years ago, I discovered a wonderful shampoo that made my hair feel and look wonderful - considering that I was in the salt water fishing and spear diving every day. It was getting dry and awful. Then my hair started falling out - in clumps. I didn't realise it was my shampoo and conditioner until I saw that brand on TV being blamed for this exact problem. Since then, I only use Baby Shampoo - to wash my scalp only - and never more than once a week - the suds when rinsing wash the rest of my hair enough. Just running very warm water over my head/hair is enough to keep it clean and shiny. Conditioner - different brands each time if using commercial ones, otherwise I boil up linseed, strain it, then use the gel with just a little bit of pure olive oil or coconut oil mixed through it - use as normal conditioner. For a 'deep treatment' I just beat up a few eggs with a bit of olive or coconut oil, apply to my hair and leave wrapped in a shower cap and towel for an hour or so before rinsing. Think about it. All of the chemicals in these so called 'natural' shampoos and conditioners. All the chemicals in the hair colouring products. The chemicals in the gels, hairsprays, mousses etc. etc. etc. Do you really think they will NOT be affecting your skin/scalp and hair folicles? I am taking you at your word here that there is an unusual amount of hair loss. We all do lose a lot of hairs each day - only you can know if it is more than normal or not. Like I said initially, it could be due to any number of things. See your family doctor to rule out any potential health problems, but get rid of all the hair products that are pure chemical cocktails and get as natural and basic as you can. Your 'womans glory' (your hair) will thank you for it. PS You mean BALD, not bold.

    Practice practice practice

    and start small

just write something little, and work your way up

remember - you're just like any of them and deserve to be respected equally. Just write what you want them to hear. It's a scary thing to do; but people will respect you for it. Unless you write inapropriate things....

You can do it - i promise

you really need to get a doctors appointment. you need to have a blood test to check for hormonal imbalance etc, make sure there are no medical issues before anything else. im sorry to tell you that there are no 'masks' that will help with hair loss/thinning so dont waste your money.
