"Safe Mode" should go away automatically when you reboot as long as there is nothing wrong with the drivers Windows is trying to load at startup. You can force Windows into different modes of startup like Safe Mode by holding down the F8 button during bootup (before you see the Windows logo during boot up). The options each serve different purposes. You can chose a Normal Mode, Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking support, etc. Good Luck! :)

Click Start > Run > type in Msconfig > Select Boot.ini > Uncheck Safe boot > Ok and it will prompt to restart > Click on restart

when you shut down and restart it should go back into normal start up.
