On the command bar go to Tools. Then Internet Options, under the general tab you can delete browsing history. Now if you don't ever want to keep your browsing history do this. Click the settings tab on browser history and down at the bottom where it says history change "the days to keep list of web sites visited" to 0. Then every time you close IE it will erase every where you have been.
I would also recomend you download this free program. It will erase temp folders and all that type of stuff too.

start menu, then control panel, then internet options, then clear history

google ccleaner (or crap cleaner program), that should help a lot.
