Hamster Tumor?

My Dwarf hamster has this sort of "ball" a little beneath its pouch.

When it walks, it would step on it.

She's pretty active and looks healthy.

I know that it's not food because if it is, when i feel it, it wouldn't be rock hard.

I'm not sure what it is.

Does anyone know what it possibly could be?

Hamster almost certainly has cancer, which is not that uncommon for the poor little things. They are so small its difficult to operate on them, but you should still ask your vet. If nothing else, your vet will be able to euthanize her in a humane manner once it starts to be unbearable for the hamster.
